Working with the CMS
Learn a simple workflow in YourWeb Studio: choose a document, make your changes, review the content and publish.
Read the guide
Well-organised content makes every change easier.

Work on a specific document and check the result before publishing. Field names and available actions depend on the structure of your project.
Find the right document
After signing in, choose the project and go to the content. Open the relevant page or collection. When there are many documents, use search.
Edit and check the materials
Fill in the text fields and images. Pay attention to required information, alternative text for images and correct links. Also make sure you are editing the right version.
Approve the finished content
Make sure the draft is saved. If the project has a preview, check how the page looks. Publish only after the content has been reviewed and any required approvals are in place.
Check before publishing

Open the document
Choose the project, the collection and the right version of the content.
